The problem is not
the talent.
It is the enviroment.

Youth football in Thailand has the talent — what it lacks is structure, methodology, and a genuine long-term development system. That is exactly what BLLRS. was built to solve.

Identity & Purpose —

No Structure, No Long-Term Development

Most academies in Thailand operate without a defined model of play, player progression system, or individual tracking. Players plateau early with no clear next step.

01

Little Attention to Mindset and Values

Technical training without character development produces fragile players. The invisible training — discipline, resilience, team mentality — is what determines who goes furthest.

Before footballers, we form people. Without attitude, talent has no value.

That is why the real objective is to form people prepared for life.

"We form players who think, compete and dare. But before that, we form people with values, respect and the mindset to grow."

Everything You Need to Know Before Joining

  • Our player development pathway is built around four progressive levels, designed to guide players from their first experience with football to competitive team environments.

L1 Fundamentals introduces young players to the game through fun, coordination, and ball mastery. L2 Skills Development builds strong technical foundations and confidence on the ball. L3 Prospects focuses on game intelligence, tactical awareness, and competitive preparation. Finally, L4 Ballers FC Teams provides a high-performance environment where players compete in leagues and tournaments while following a structured development pathway.

Across all levels, players learn through our game-based methodology, developing technical ability, decision-making, character, and a lifelong passion for football.

  • How often are training sessions held?

Training frequency depends on the player's development level:

    • L1 Fundamentals: 1 session per week (60 minutes)

    • L2 Skills Development: 2 sessions per week (75–90 minutes)

    • L3 Prospects: 3 sessions per week (90 minutes)

    • L4 Ballers FC Teams: 3 training sessions plus a weekly match (90 minutes per session)

Our four-level pathway is designed to provide a clear progression from introductory football to competitive team environments.

How long is each training session?

Session length varies depending on the program:

    • L1 Fundamentals: 60 minutes

    • L2 Skills Development: 75–90 minutes

    • L3 Prospects: 90 minutes

    • L4 Ballers FC Teams: 90 minutes

Each session follows a structured methodology focused on game-based learning, decision-making, and player development.

    Do you offer trial sessions?

    Yes.

All new players begin with a Tryout Session, allowing our coaching staff to evaluate the player's current level, experience, and developmental needs.

Following the session, the coaching staff and Academy Director will review the player's profile and recommend the most appropriate starting level within our development pathway.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

After the Tryout Session, our coaches and Academy Director will assess the player's current ability and recommend the most suitable group.

In some cases, adjustments may be made during the first six training sessions if the coaching staff believes a different group would better support the player's adaptation, confidence, and long-term development.

Our objective is always to place players in the environment where they can learn, enjoy the game, and progress most effectively.

What happens if a player misses a training session?

Players enrolled in L3 Prospects and L4 Ballers FC Teams participate in structured seasonal programs and must commit to a minimum one-term enrollment period.

Missed training sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled or carried over.

Regular attendance is an important part of player development and team progression.

Does my child need previous football experience?

    No.

Previous football experience is not required to join Ballers Pro Academy.

Players who are new to the game can begin in L1 Fundamentals or L2 Skills Development, where they will learn the technical foundations, game concepts, and habits necessary for long-term development.

Our pathway is designed to support players of different experience levels and help them progress at the appropriate pace.

    Players are required to bring:

  • Who are your coaches?

Our coaching staff is made up of qualified and experienced football professionals who have lived the game from multiple perspectives, from grassroots football to high-performance environments.

At Ballers Pro Academy, our coaches do more than teach football skills. They act as educators, mentors, and guides, helping players develop technical ability, game intelligence, confidence, discipline, and strong personal values.

Every coach follows the academy's unified methodology to ensure a consistent development experience across all levels of the pathway.

What does your training focus on?

Our training focuses on developing intelligent, autonomous, and competitive players.

Using a game-based methodology, players learn through realistic football situations that encourage observation, understanding, decision-making, and execution. We prioritize game intelligence, technical development, tactical understanding, mindset, and personal growth.

Our goal is not only to develop better football players, but also better people.

How do you place players in the right group?

Every new player begins with a Tryout Session.

Following the session, our coaching staff and Academy Director assess the player's age, experience, technical level, game understanding, and overall readiness before recommending the most appropriate starting group.

Player development is always the priority, and group placement may be adjusted during the first few weeks if necessary to ensure the best possible learning environment.

    Do you track player progress?

    Yes.

Player development is continuously monitored throughout the season through observation, training performance, match situations, and academy evaluations.

Each player receives a progress report at the end of every term, along with a comprehensive end-of-season evaluation covering technical development, game understanding, decision-making, attitude, effort, and overall progression.

Our objective is to provide clear feedback that supports long-term development and helps every player reach their full potential.

What makes Ballers Pro Academy different?

Ballers Pro Academy is built around a clear long-term development pathway and a game-based methodology where players learn through real football situations rather than isolated drills.

We focus on developing intelligent players who can think, decide, compete, and adapt. At the same time, we place equal importance on character, discipline, respect, teamwork, and personal growth.

Before footballers, we form people. This principle guides everything we do both on and off the pitch.
